How to build your wardrobe

Choose your depth. If you want to have doors in front of hanging garments you must use our 24”deep Starter Frames with Closed Ends. If you only want shelves and or drawers you can use our 15”deep, 18”deep or 24”deep. We do not offer drawers for 9” and 12”deep frames.
Choose your height (after you have decided on depth). The most common heights for wardrobes are 84” or 96”high. We also offer 72” and 60”high. 96”high is the tallest height for wardrobes. Our taller heights are open end uprights only (Most commonly used for commercial applications).
Build your modular frames first (before choosing components). We have the following standard widths available: 18” (20 3/8” assembled width), 24” (26 3/8” assembled width), 30” (32 3/8” assembled width), 32” (34 3/8” assembled width), 36” (38 3/8” assembled width), 42” (44 3/8” assembled width. NO DRAWERS), 48” (50 3/8” assembled width. NO DRAWERS). We do not make drawers for 42” or 48”wide frames. You can use just one frame or gang as many as you want together to create a wardrobe wall. All units bolt neatly together.
Select and add components. Top and Bottoms are not included with your Starter Frame. Add 2 shelves to create your top and bottom for each frame. Then add shelves, hang bars and/or drawers as needed. Reminder: Drawers are not available for 42” and 48”wide frames. Be sure to reference available drawer configurations below. There are some limitations on what drawers you can use inside a wardrobe.
Add doors. Note: 18” and 24”wide frames have the option of a single door or a pair of doors. 30”w frames and wider only come with a pair of doors.
Additional options: We offer optional backs. They are only for aesthetics and offer no structural purpose. Some back sizes are not available as they are too large to ship. We recommend wall mount brackets to prevent any possibility of tip over.
